1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- Free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear
- Returns are subject to approval after a quality check by Nimra Jewels.
⚠️ Please note: Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@nimrajewels.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an approval confirmation email.
- You must confirm the return within 24 hours of approval, failing which the request will be cancelled.
- We will then arrange a reverse pickup from your location.
3. Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for a ₹250 return fee, which covers both forward and reverse logistics.
- In the case of an incorrect item, defective jewellery, or damaged delivery, this fee will be waived by Nimra Jewels.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
- Nimra Jewels does not issue cash refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- For approved returns, you will receive a store credit equal to the product value (minus ₹250 shipping fee).
- Store credit can be used for future purchases across all categories at nimrajewels.com.
- Credit notes are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality very seriously, but in rare cases, where you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to info@nimrajewels.com with a clear unboxing video of the package.
- If the issue is verified:

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings and all pierced jewellery.
- Personalized or engraved jewellery.
- Custom-made or special order pieces.
- Products marked as Final Sale during promotions.

- All official communication must be via email only at info@nimrajewels.com.
- Social media DMs or WhatsApp messages will not be considered for returns.
- Store credit, once issued cannot be converted into cash.
- Nimra Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject a return request based on our quality inspection.

- Ensure that jewellery is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.
- Do not include items that were not part of your original order.
- Retain the pickup receipt provided by the courier until the return is processed.

Once the returned product is received and verified, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

If you receive the wrong product, email us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Q4: Can I request a refund to my bank account?
Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged or defective products where replacements are not possible. Otherwise, we issue store credit.
