Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Approval Process: All exchange requests are subject to approval at the brand’s discretion.
- Communication: Exchange requests must be emailed to info@nimra.com only.
- Once you receive an approval reply, you must confirm your exchange within 24 hours via email. If we do not receive your confirmation in time, your exchange request will be cancelled.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for ₹250 (covering both forward and reverse shipping).
- Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a store credit for the product amount (minus ₹250) which can be used for future purchases.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Email us at info@nimra.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Shipping costs (both reverse and forward) are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How Exchanges Work
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, store credit will be processed.
- Credit notes are valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
Defective/Damaged Products
- In case of a manufacturing defect or if your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
- If the same product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@nimra.com with clear unboxing video of the package. Without an unboxing video, we will not be in a position to issue a replacement/ store credit for the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry (due to hygiene reasons).
- Products marked as “Final Sale.
Important Notes
- All communication must be over email. DMs or messages on social media will not be considered.
- We offer store credit for exchanges. Please note, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective.
- Items such as earrings or personalized items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and customization.
- The decision to approve an exchange lies solely with Nimra based on our quality checks and policy terms.
